I get that power charges are from assassins mark. At the moment daggers are caster exclusive, even tho there's mage daggers and melee daggers, the melee ones are never seeing the light. Divinarius's modifier only affects the AoE of skills that have the "AoE" tag (or those that have gained the "AoE" tag through support gems such as Melee Splash).
