Remove the fuse box top and look at the bottom of it for the PCM fuse. If this trick doesn't work, you can try unscrewing your gas cap and then retightening it. In those situations, clearing the warning light can be done in a matter of minutes. I don't know if this is a two speed fan, or where the 'run' signals are coming from.
