We're continuing to review and add top Dashers to DoorDash Drive as the service grows. You do get better orders, but they don't stop sending you shit. Never had a problem like yours. Support is telling me it can take them the 1st and the 2nd to finalize ratings and to give them until the 4th at 11:59 pm. Unfortunately, nothing has changed in the app. The slowness is happening to about 90% of the dasher population. Since being a top dasher, the main benefit is orders when it's slow. I can sit all of lunch hours in downtown Fullerton and get 1 offer an hour if lucky. I've only been top dasher once and I couldn't really tell you if it's better or worse. Top Dasher might contribute to low payouts for all Dashers. I've had top dasher for months now. people will needlessly begin to flame you for the way you choose to run your business the way you feel is best for you in your market. I want to lose Top Dasher status this week. I called support and they told me that they can not see our ratings. If not, you'll lose it after the trial period. Support is a seperate division from regular support, they have a dedicated phone number and are only open during normal business hours. As of a few weeks ago that "many dasher online" note kept popping up, my AR went from 40-60 to currently 11 and my hourly is sub $10. I mean say you order $30 of food - $10 of that goes to Doordash unless it's a major place like McDonald's plus probably $2-3 in fees/charges.
