I’ve used zyn for about 2 years, and I do not spit. Don't have alcohol, nicotine or caffeine. Zyn is a much safer alternative to smoking/vaping as well as dipping/snus, since it doesn't contain the tobacco specific nitrosamines. If you hit ur vape throughout the day pretty constantly than I’d recommend 12 mg. If you or a loved one used ZYN nicotine pouches that you thought would be safer than smoking or chewing tobacco, we want to hear from you. Sometimes, this made me sick but like everything with nicotine you just gotta push through the nausea.
