If you receive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, you can purchase food items such as cereal, dairy products, snacks, and candy, but you can’t buy prepared foods, toiletries, over-the-counter medicine, alcohol, or tobacco. Domino's Carryout Insurance program is only available to carryout customers who return their damaged order, uneaten, in its original packaging (inclusive of an order label or receipt) to the store from which it was originally purchased within at least two hours of the time of purchase. Domino's restaurants do not participate in the USDA pilot program, which permits SNAP customers to make online purchases, hence they only accept EBT cards in a few locations for in-store purchases. Currently, Subway and Domino’s Pizza are the only known fast food chains in Texas that accept EBT through the RMP program. To use your EBT card at McDonald's restaurants, you must live in a state that participates in the RMP and qualify for the program per your state's requirements.
